Receptionist Fitness Studio - Cyprus

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist to join a vibrant team at a Boutique Fitness Studio in Limassol. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, with a strong work ethic, honesty, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, providing them with a positive and friendly first impression of the studio.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, providing them with accurate information and assistance.
• Handle client registrations, scheduling, and membership inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with instructors and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating a cooperative and supportive attitude.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Russian language will be considered as advantage
• Strong work ethic and integrity, with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel).
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge or interest in fitness and wellness is a plus.
