    Records Management / Archiving Clerk - Cyprus

    Job Title: Records Management / Archiving Clerk

    Location: Limassol

    Job Type: Six Months Contract

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking for someone to assume responsibility for the effective organization, control, storage, retrieval, and disposal of both physical and electronic records, in full compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

    The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of all documentation while maintaining efficient and well-structured record-keeping systems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems
    • Classify, code, and archive documents in accordance with established procedures
    • Ensure proper document version control and tracking
    • Monitor document circulation and maintain accurate logs of file movements
    • Retrieve records and documentation upon authorized request
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and data protection regulations
    • Implement document retention and disposal schedules
    • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
    • Coordinate with departments to ensure proper document filing
    • Assist in digitization and scanning of archived records where required
    • Knowledge of GDPR/confidentiality
    • Experience with document management systems (DMS)
    • Fast and accurate with data entry
    • Able to rename, categorize, and index systematically
    • Strong quality-control mindset

             •    Organized and methodical

             •    Comfortable with repetitive tasks

             •    Basic understanding of filing systems

             •    Trustworthy (especially for contracts, leases, financial documents)

     

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in records management, document control, or administrative support
    • Knowledge of document management systems (DMS) and electronic filing systems
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Good communication and coordination skills
