HRus Partners (License No. 414) is working closely with an established and highly reputable financial advisory firm that is currently looking to recruit an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Provide regulatory compliance support and advice to authorized clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and offer regulatory solutions
- Communicate with clients and regulators regarding ongoing support and authorizations
- Advise clients on the impact of regulatory changes
- Collaborate with senior experts on the preparation of compliance, internal audit, and AML reports
- Help set up and implement internal policies and procedures for clients
- Evaluate risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
- Assist in designing and implementing risk management policies
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Implement a risk management process, analyzing financial impacts of risks
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics or in a related field
- Advanced CySEC certificate for the performance of various investment services will be considered an advantage
- 3+ years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry with exposure in risk management, capital adequacy and regulatory compliance
- Updated knowledge of regulatory frameworks, ex. AML, KYC, MiFID
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Self-motivated person with excellent attention to detail and ability to work intendedly
- Professional discipline and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and being well organized
- Fluent in Greek and English. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage
