HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a well- established firm, we are looking to recruit a Sales Manager, experienced in distribution industry. The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales function to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability targets. The role oversees sales operations, distributor management, key accounts, trade marketing execution, and sales team performance within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Understanding of market trends, sales strategies and financial reporting.
- Build the sales strategy according to business case studies, market share, availability and competition behavior.
- Increase market share, increase availability, increase profitability.
- Ensuring the company meets its sales goals and penetration rates.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of prior work experience within distribution industry
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business administration, Marketing, accounting or a relevant field, Master’s degree (considered as a plus)
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in Successful previous roles as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent knowledge using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven experience in the HORECA sector with all its aspects is a must
