HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our clients, a well-established Security Protection company in Cyprus we are looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their expanding team.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business by identifying and securing new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s comprehensive range of security solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions in Limassol and Nicosia. Your ability to communicate effectively, understand customer needs, and demonstrate the value of the products and services will be critical to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their security needs and recommend tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest security technologies and product offerings to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to showcase our security solutions and highlight their advantages.
- Quoting and Proposal Generation: Provide accurate quotes and proposals to clients, outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
- Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Market Research: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and market trends, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, updating management on sales activities, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the security industry or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with security systems, alarms, fire detection systems, and automation is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
- Fluency in both Greek and English is required.
