HRus Partners (license number 414), on behalf of our client, a well-established Consulting Firm in Limassol, we are looking to recruit a Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing diaries, and organizing meetings
- Manage schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Prepare reports by collecting information.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipts of supplies.
- Typing /compiling and preparing letters and reports; presentations and correspondence.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties & provide general administrative support to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proven previous work experience as a secretary or in a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time wisely
- University/college degree will be considered as an advantage
- Reporting, communication, and scheduling skills
