HRus Partners (License No. 414), on behalf of our client, a leading multi-asset forex broker, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen the company’s international digital presence, drive meaningful audience engagement, and lead the strategic development of impactful content across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
	- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and market goals.
 
	- Create and manage engaging, original, and relevant content that reflects our brand identity and resonates with diverse audiences.
 
	- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all visuals and messages maintain a consistent and professional brand tone.
 
	- Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance to improve engagement and reach.
 
	- Oversee paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, traffic, and lead generation.
 
	- Build and nurture relationships with industry voices and influencers to strengthen brand visibility.
 
	- Utilize AI tools and analytics to streamline workflows, enhance creativity, and identify emerging opportunities.
 
	- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
 
Requirements
	- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
 
	- Additional certification in digital marketing or social media strategy is considered an advantage.
 
	- Proven experience in social media management within the forex or financial industry.
 
	- Strong understanding of financial markets, trader behavior, and digital engagement trends.
 
	- Demonstrated experience with social media strategy, content planning, and paid campaign management.
 
	- Practical knowledge of AI tools for marketing and automation.
 
	- Excellent command of English with outstanding communication and storytelling skills.
 
	- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple markets and projects simultaneously.
 
	- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategic action.
