HRus Partners, on behalf of our client, a professional software development firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to join a dynamic and forward-thinking technology team specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and integration.
The primary focus of this role is to collect business requirements from customers and prepare comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs) in collaboration with solution and technical architects. Additionally, the role involves cooperation with Development leads to prepare Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Conduct detailed analyses and prepare precise documentation of business processes.
- Develop clear and complete Functional Design Documents (FDDs) to guide implementation.
- Work with solution architects to design effective and scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Coordinate with technical architects to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with development leads to create Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Provide expert guidance and support on Dynamics 365 FinOps and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Stay current with the latest features, tools, and updates in Dynamics 365.
- Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure business goals are met.
- Lead or support workshops and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 FinOps and Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Strong background in developing Technical Design Documents (TDDs) in collaboration with development teams.
- Solid understanding of core business processes and how they can be optimized through Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and functional teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps and Dynamics 365 CE certifications are highly desirable.
